The Programs Committee will be hosting a brown bag discussion July 23rd in the West Electronic Classroom of YRL, Noon-1:30 p.m.

The discussion will focus on the Librarian of the Year Award.

Potential issues to be discussed are the following:

*Charge for the committee
*Guidelines
*Reaching out to affiliated libraries
*Public Relations/Flyers
*Inclusion of Academic Senate (suggestion?) *Effective nomination packets/letters *NO DISCUSSION REGARDING THE NAME OF THE COMMITTEE, PLEASE
