2003/04 Peer Review Committee Debriefing

The 2003/04 Peer Review Committee Debriefing is November 2nd, 1-4 PM, in the West Electronic Classroom.  Please let me know if you are unable to attend. I am hoping we will have a respectable turnout and a productive discussion. What issues (questions/concerns) would you like to be addressed at the debriefing?

In preparation for the meeting, please start thinking about last year's process:

  • Having a computer in the LAUC Conference Room
  • The Peer Review Calendar
  • The New Recommendation Templates and Guides (MS Word docs prepared by LHR)
    • Evaluation & Recommendation of the Review Initiator
    • Recommendation of the Department Head
    • Recommendation of the Supervisory Associate/Assistant University Librarian
  • The Peer Review Committee Templates and Guides (MS Word docs prepared by LHR)
    • Ease of Use
    • How should they be revised
  • Having the Peer Review Documentation on the LAUC-LA Web site
  • What worked, what didn't?
  • What advice would you give the 2004/05 Peer Review Coordinator and her 2004/05 PRC?

If you email me the issues you think need to be addressed at the debriefing, I will try to categorize them. Please get back to me by Monday, October 25.

It has been a pleasure working with you!

Thanks,
Janet Carter <jcarter@library.ucla.edu>
