The PRTF and Janet Carter, LAUC-LA Chair, have asked the LAUC-LA Committee on Governance to:

1. review the changes in order to hold a special election,
2. investigate the procedures/process for forwarding our revised changes to LAUC Statewide,
3. if the by-laws are accepted by the LAUC-LA members, determine if we can include the CAPA chair and vice chair/chair elect on our Spring ballot if the LAUC Statewide Committee has not yet approved our changes; and
4. determine if there are other processes, issues, or problems that should be brought to my attention as Co-chair or as Chair of LAUC-LA.
