The regular agenda of Catalogers Group was set aside for a surprise party to honor Valerie Bross, the LAUC-LA Librarian of the Year. This gave an opportunity for many to recognize her, particularly those who could not be present at the LAUC meeting 2 weeks ago. Invited guests in attendance included RIS, Collection Management Department, and ACCM cataloging center staff, as well as the Digital Acquisitions Coordinator. Special thanks go to Beth Feinberg for organizing this event!
